High-volume production of bipolar plates
In order to produce metallic bipolar plates economically and on an industrial scale, the forming and welding process must meet the highest requirements. For the heart of a fuel cell, tightness, precision, and repeatability are extremely important.
Starting in 2023, we will manufacture high-precision bipolar plates in large-scale production. In China we are going to setup an integrated process comprising FEINforming, FLEX Welding and FLEX Inspection.
